General Guidelines:
• In addition to the appropriate LTV and Maximum Mortgage Worksheet calculation, the base
loan amount may not exceed the lesser of :
(a) the local Statutory Mortgage Loan Limit
(b) the applicable limit set for this product:
as published by HUD, or
1-unit $417,000, AK & HI $625,500
2-unit $533,850, AK & HI $800,775
3-unit $645,300, AK & HI $967,950
4-unit $801,950, AK & HI $1,202,925
• UFMIP may be added to the calculated base loan amount.
• All loans must be submitted in whole dollar amounts.
